Ensure all lights are working and turned on.
Open blinds/curtains to allow natural light.
Remove clutter, personal items, and unnecessary furniture.
Clean all surfaces (floors, counters, mirrors, windows).
Empty trash bins.
Clear counters of excess appliances and dishes.
Hide trash cans.
Wipe down surfaces and sinks.
Arrange furniture neatly.
Fluff pillows and make beds.
Hide remote controls, cords, and personal items.
Close toilet lids.
Remove toiletries from counters and showers.
Hang fresh towels neatly.
Mow lawn, trim shrubs, and remove yard debris.
Move cars from the driveway and avoid street parking in front of property.
Sweep porches, patios, and walkways.
Pets should be secured and out of sight during the shoot.
Property should be photo-ready upon our arrival, as we prefer our photographers not to move or rearrange personal belongings.
